Adebola is a certified Personal Development Coach, Speaker and Trainer from the John Maxwell Leadership Company. Her areas of expertise are in early childhood education, personal development, non-profit management, grant writing, and community-based programs and research.
Adebola holds a diploma in Early Childhood Education, an Honors Bachelor of Child Development, and a graduate certificate in Mental Health Intervention from Seneca Polytechnic, Toronto. She holds a master’s degree in Child and Youth Care from Toronto Metropolitan University, and a certificate in Advancing Women’s Leadership in Conflict Transformation, Peacebuilding, and Community Development from St Xavier University. She is now a PhD Policy Studies student whose research focuses on inequity issues and mental health of immigrant women in Sudbury and neighbouring cities.
She has expertise in post-secondary teaching, training, facilitation, non-profit leadership, and community development. She is the Founder & Executive Director at Afro Women and Youth Foundation (AWYF), Team Lead at Adebola Adefioye Consulting (AAC) and Early Childhood Education (ECE) Professor.
