We offer Anti-Racism and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEI-B) training, advisory, and consulting services to groups and organizations across sectors.
Our training is tailored to the unique needs of each organization, whether you are developing inclusive policies, reviewing internal practices, or building a more equitable and respectful workplace culture.

We support organizations to move from awareness to sustainable systems change by:

  • Co-creating Anti-Racism work plans and frameworks
  • Reviewing curriculum, policies, and programs through an equity lens
  • Providing inclusive recommendations and implementation strategies
  • Facilitating training sessions and dialogues that promote reflection, accountability, and collective action
